I've never had any issues with using either Faceware or Live Face other than stupid user errors. I also have seen people who say that the face skips or jumps sometimes but honestly I NEVER look at the face while I'm recording (I'm either reading text on screen, or just "acting", but trying to look at a character would be a distraction) so I wonder if he might just record something and see if it works after the fact. I know folks have reported issues with their wi-fi (which is the only connection I use, but I have a very good router and I'm sitting right on top of it, essentially, with no other traffic). On re-reading this, though, it seems like he's saying it's not working at all, or perhaps so sluggish he can't see a real face. Some folks have knocked both Live Face and Faceware as not capturing ALL the expressiveness of a face, which is true (mostly it captures lips and eyes/eyebrows, although Live Face does seem to do a better job conveying the cheek movements).

I saw his post, Job, but was unsure whether to comment on it.
